@JanDel Try tracking your sim card order through Canada Post as mentioned in the link below. If order was shipped through Canada Post, it should give you tracking details. If not, that means that it was either shipped via another carrier or not yet shipped.

How to track your SIM card order? - Community (publicmobile.ca)

Shipment tracking has already been a challenge for customers ordering from Pubilc Mobile.  As @NDesai was saying about using the reference number to track a Canada Post shipment, that does sometimes work, but when it comes to what @Dunkman said, many SIM cards have gone out by Canada Post and sent as a letter (meaning no tracking). Some of the time, when Public Mobile sends a SIM card, tracking isn't provided to customers even when there is a tracking number available, but other times, a seperate e-mail message is sent out providing a tracking link. Over the years, this has been inconsistent.  The Public Mobile SIM card ordering website makes reference to Canada Post Xpresspost, but that service isn't always used.

It is not realistic to expect next day delivery during holiday season. Unless it is lost, I am sure you will receive it tomorrow or next week. If not, then it is valid reason to contact CSA for an update or replacement.

Giving all the holidays and weekend, I agree with @HALIMACS  that getting the SIM before year end is slim

What plan are you activating?  If $25 or $15, there is no special promo for online activation for these plans.  Go to a store and they would usually give you a free SIM if you activating with them.  Check instore at  Walmart/Loblaw/London Drug.

I would think the chances are slim to none you will get this before the end of the year.

To take advantage of the various bonuses, I would suggest getting one at a local retailer (as outlined above) and be sure to activate before midnight tomorrow.

And don't forget to use a friend or family members referral code on the activation form.  It'll save you and them a nice bit of money!!!

If you need one asap then you could try purchasing one from a local retailer if there is one close to you.

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/store-locator.  Another option would be to order one from Amazon.ca and sign up for Amazon Prime for faster delivery.

Chances are...that is a waste of time. All reports say they are shipping by UPS....that is, if ordered from PM.

@JanDel

There is no tracking of the SIM card shipment from Public mobile.  From the PM website, PM states the SIM card should be delivered within 3-7 business days.  From experience on forum, the shipping times have improved recently.  IN the past, some customers were waiting 2-3 weeks for the SIM card.

With the holiday rush and ordering over the Christmas holidays/Covid, I would expect you will likely need to wait another week or so.  I doubt that the CSA will be able to help much.  Just need to wait and see.  Since you ordered on December 24 and there were STAT holidays, your shipping times might be delayed longer.

@JanDel  -

This is a public forum where we are all users and customer like you - not Public Mobile representatives.

If you need to contact Customer Support (CSAs) @BeachNBeer provided those methods.

if you are trying to activate before the end of tomorrow (for the current promos), maybe mention the community or city you are in. If any regulars are in the same location there may be members that can offer up any spares.

Or, check out locations near you: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/store-locator

Hi, PM normally sends it quickly, but considering Monday and Tuesday were "holidays" the mail has been slower... you might receive it today or tomorrow.

With the holidays and corona it would likely take some time to reach you. You would be better off just going to a London Drugs (If you have one in your area) or a Walmart and buying a sim. You can also check Canadian Cell Supplies https://canadiancellsupplies.com/

they have different locations (maybe one is near you) and they also ship faster than Public Mobile.

You can always open a ticket for Public Mobile and ask them so you get a definitive answer.

Contact customer service agents.
