Im supposed to have unlimited calling and i tried to csll out twice and i get a messsge says i dont have calling on my plan....omg good thing im not stuck on side of the road

@Suthurnbell what's the make and model of the device? try updating all your apps, especially the carrier services app. restart your device to refresh your phone's operating system.
reset your network settings
1. Open Settings>General Management>Reset
2. Tap Reset Network Settings>Tap Reset Settings
If prompted enter your pin, passcode
3. Tap Reset Settings 1 more time to confirm
4. Restart

If you can call 611 then is it saying your account is suspended and it wants money? Or can you connect to 611 at all?
If you're on the $15 plan then you may have used all your outgoing minutes.

All numbers or a particular one? Try putting a 1 in front of number.
