I changed plan few days early form 29$ 6gb to 34$ 60gb then got notice yesterday that I was at 75% data used it wad not changed over and now they want me to pay full 34$ 5 days later cause there was some glitch I need this fixed asap for work. helppp

@Mande  you submitted 3-4 tickets.  Did you check your inbox for the reply? 

No one will call you unfortunately. There are no refunds also.

@Mande , there is an option to change plan immediately or change on next renewal.  If you selected the later, it could be many days before the change takes place depending on renewal date.  Login to your account and you should be able to see if the plan change has taken place yet.  

Sorry @Mande this is how Public Mobile works. You have to create tickets to get help.

I have asked put in tickets 3 or 4 times now and still no help.. I changed my plan from 29$ unlimited text talk and 6 gb date to 34$ unlimited 50+10 gb as I work from home and wifi is down this week and now I'm out of date and nobody is helping me.. It was day 5after my payment went through that I got the alert for low GB data and I tried to change online but it wanted to charge me 34$ 5 days after I just pay my normal one I can't afford this and it's happened before HELP or senior support call me

hi @Mande did you use Change Now when you made plan change? did you login My Account and check what plan you have now? did payment history shows you made the plan change earlier?

@Mande Might just be cache issue first try clearing webroswer and try again incognito / private mode or from another device . Can also use the app instead of website if you haven’t already and check again . But if you changed plans immediately you will be charged the full plan right right away and start a new 30 days cycle there is no pro rating . Why it’s advised to use the change plan in renewal  option so you don’t lose mint in your current cycle
