The email I used to sign up a year ago is no longer active. Without it, I cannot make any changes to my account. I tried cs_account repeatedly for 4 days and no response. How do I make changes to my account?

the email address on My Account is just a login, you should still be able to login using the same email address id and the password. If you can login that way, then head to Profile page and Manage EverSafe ID and you can update the email address
if you cannot login, Please have support agent to make the email address change for you. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@StanWalker142 You should still be able to log in with the old email as it functions as a user name. It's only a problem if you need to get the 2FA code by email instead of text.
