Wrong amount on invoice

Had a 40$ plan with 6$ refer a friend and 2$ loyalty , and 2$ autopay. Total 30$ plus tax.

switch to 3 month plan for 40$/month

120-(3x10)=90$ plus tax

was charged 110$ plus tax.

any help please

PM won’t give you a lump sum of $30 credit just encase you port out so the $10/month credit will be applied on your next renewal date.

The only thing I found to be inconsistent is the treatment of autopay.  The first 90 day cycle only generates $2  reward whereas subsequent cycles generate $6 reward.  Being a customer that started out on a 90 day plan in 2016, I am much more accustomed to the old way of issuing rewards for 90 day plans where the outcome was far more intuitive.

You will only receive 1 time the rewards ($10 in your case) from a 30-day plan to a 90-day plan.

After the 90 days that is when you will have 3 times the rewards ($30).
