Hijust switch to can-us data plan.got the 5G in the US but unable to use internet Any thought

Had a 40$ plan with 6$ refer a friend and 2$ loyalty , and 2$ autopay. Total 30$ plus tax.switch to 3 month plan for 40$/month120-(3x10)=90$ plus taxwas charged 110$ plus tax.any help please
