Hi, I'm switching cellphone provider (Telus). I was on the phone with Telus technician and I was trying to transfer my public mobile number to Telus but the technician could't complete the request because the account number on file is incorrect.
Can I someone help me so i can complete the transfer as soon as possible.

Is your phone plan at public mobile still Active?

contact CSA they are awesome.
one way to contact is click the blurb on the bottom right and start a ticket.

@KLG86 did you login to My Account and confirm your Account number?
it is on the top right. check again, maybe you just key in wrong the first time.
