Wrong Plan Applied

Hello,

 

I originally chose a plan without data, payed for it with my credit card, and when the payment went through, I was still owing $24. After paying the $24, my account said that I have a plan with data which I did NOT choose. This explains the extra charge of $24 but I never selected data as part of my plan. Please help! I do not want the data and I'd like a refund for the over charge.

Lol, this is a prepaid service, there are no surprise charges for service not purchased up front.  No need to turn data off if not purchased.  In fact with data off, MMS won't work


He said he has a plan with data, so assuming it is working. I said that just so that maybe if he doesnt use it they might return the 24 $ as a balance like a refund..... Just saying Robot wink

First make sure to turn off the data on your phone so that you don't use them accidently. 

Second thing is that you have to contact a moderator so that he can fix your plan for you. 

Send them a private mail with your name, phone number and email address, and a description of the issue and I am sure they will help you out.

Send a msg to mod they will look after you
Contact any moderator by private message to help you with the process.
In your private message the following info
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* Detailed explanation

What you do click on link the webpage will open. You will see a mod team click on any name then scroll down all the way and click on send a private msg then explain your problem
