Wrong Add on chosen, want to revoked to the US 1000 mints add on

Hi,

I have chosen wrong add on subscription 

I want to add on the US 1000 mints and I have selected US roaming text and talk 

is there anyway some one can help me to get the US 1000 mints instead of roaming text and talk 

it’s very urgent and I don’t have the money to spend again . Please please help me!!

you will need to ask support agent to help.  They will likely reverse it and add the credit back to your account as available funds

 please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

Just so it’s clear, @Saurav7986 , you’re wanting to call FROM CANADA to the USA?

Indeed the customer support agents will likely credit the incorrect add-on so you can select the one you desire.

Another option, however, is to download WhatsApp, or another calling app, and you can call for FREE to the US from Canada.

 All you need for that to use is to be in wifi or have mobile data enabled.
