The app is down and I can't activate my account after I just paid it said to go to the website to activate and when I go to the website it says to go to the app

did you try to logout and log back in using the app?  If you are really unable to use the app to proceed to the final step, you will need support to help.  Please message them here

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
