I have not been able to get any service for 2 days and no one has even responded to me. I think this was a waste of money at this point. I have tried to reach out in messages, submitting to tickets. No response yet. The chatbot is pretty annoying showing same messages again and again.

under normal circumstances, support is easy and fast...BUT...Public Mobile recently offered a 50% off for 2 yrs deal and it's been a gong show since the announcement. Once they clear the back-log of this roll-out, I'm sure things will get back to normal.
