What a joke this company is, you can’t speak to an actual human, can’t get access to this “live support” payment vouchers don’t work. Don’t bother with public mobile, huge waste of time and money

@Alyssa9  Sorry no live support everything done online. . You can use payment voucher loading them *611 or logging into your account . Also note some vouchers take 24 hours after purchase before being able to load them . But to get support you need to message them use this direct link
