Just spent over an hour trying to get the sim card to work in an iPhone 13.  Had to load the sim into an Android system to get access.  Bought the sim at 3:30 today and was charged first thing.  How do you get a refund for the service that won't work?  I will eat the coast of the sim.  This company is horrid.  It like being in Dante's Inferno.

@Horridservice you mentioned that you were able to get the SIM card to work in the Android phone, have you then tried it again in the iPhone? Often times placing the SIM in another device will force a re-provisioning which may help with the original problem. If it does not work properly can you let us know if calling in/out works, texting in/out works, if data works?

What message did you get when you put the sim card in your iPhone? We're you using e-sim with your former provider? Have you checked for software updates and updated your carrier settings to Public Mobile's?

you were using physical sim, right?  not sure what happened, but the sim works on the Android? then it should work on iPhone.
