Hi Folks!

was connected to Public Mobile network for two months. Travelled to South America over holidays and returned to Canada today. Phone will not connect to Public Mobile network. I used another eSIM while travelling but have since deleted it and still no network connection. Can anyone offer any advice? Thank you

Since you have the iPhone 15 as you mentioned, have you tried going into the SIM manager and choosing the PM eSIM as your primary number? Go into Settings, then Cellular, Cellular Data, you should see eSIM 1 as PM, I assume, then click on it, the go back <, to Default Voice Line and it should show the PM eSIM as your primary. I'd then reboot and you SHOULD be up and running.

EDIT, my only concern is that since I don't know much about eSIM, my concern is you may have already deleted the PM eSIM? Could you have accidentally done that?

@CapNav DONT!!I t will cost you $5 after your delete it, cos you need to pay for a new one of you delete

are you using Android or iPhone??

do you have multiple sim on your sim manager screen??

Can I delete the PM eSIM and reinstall it?

Thanks everyone but still no luck.  Some additional details:

- have iPhone 15

- PM is an eSim

- I have reset network settings several times but no luck, even when I turned off the physical sim (Videotron)

- when I isolate everything to PM, I get SOS next to network signal area

please check the VPN screen and remove all VPN Profiles there

if iPhone, make sure you set the PM sim as Primary and toggle in "Turn on this line"

Finally click Reset All Networks or Reset Network Settings

You mean APN?

Hi @CapNav

Welcome back to cold snow tundra!

You were probably using a South American eSIM and you said you erased it. What I'm thinking is it's still somewhat registered to "eSIM" and not the SIM card. So I'd suggest going into your network settings and resetting the cellular aspect of it. No need to remove any other network settings as that would erase any Wifi logins/passwords and as well any bluetooth devices you may have saved. That should clear the problem. Then just a reboot should bring things back up. Another option is while you're in network settings, pick Public Mobile as an option and then reboot. That for sure should get you back up. Let us know if you need more help.

Did you check to see if your pm SIM is still registered? Is your subscription active? You can log into your account to see the status? If all is OK but still not work, please send a message to customer service at the link below.
