Winback Promo not working

Hi, 

I'm trying to resubscribe with the Winback code, but it keeps on giving me an error when I try to apply the code. Some help please?

I assume you are using the code before it is expired?

hi @StavrosC  is that a Winback offer from PM? what was the terms about ?

usually, you need to put in the code at the Payment step, there is a box for Promos code.   Did you try there?

ask PM to check and they can help.  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
