I cannot call or text from my contact list. Any ideas? I can text from current messages and call from my recent call list but not from contacts.

I don’t have any issues with calling from my contact list.

Try resetting the Network Settings on your phone and reboot your phone and see if that works.

instead of pick the person and call the contact, try to dial by enter the phone number manually

try calling with a 1 in front of the 10 digits  and see if it works

try also Reset Network Settings and test again

or if you need PM's help, ask PM to reprovision the account.  Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
