Hi, I'm trying to resubscribe with the Winback code, but it keeps on giving me an error when I try to apply the code. Some help please?

Yes it was a direct email and code from PM, and I did that, and kept on giving an error

I actually figured it out and I used my Gmail account instead of my Hotmail account, so o just need a refund so I can buy it on the proper account
