My valid credit card works on other sites and did before on here. It will now not accept the card I want to use. Please help.

What message is showing when you try?
The website is finicky. You can try with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.
Or try on a different device.

@Emac1 is your account current active or supsended? Check if the phone service is working?
For credit card payment, wait an hour an try again using My Account using incognito mode. If it fails once, don't try again on My Account, try pay via *611 if you have the 4 digits PIN
if nothing wait, you can either get a voucher from store and load via *611
or better way is to open ticket with PM support and have them investigate
