That problem has been dealt with long ago. In fact, I have not seen it affect any of the 3 Umidigi phones I have purchased over the years. I currently have a A13 pro in active circulation which is an earlier edition of the A13 pro max. Long story short, the Public Mobile APN is in the built in APN configuration file for this phone.

yes, the plan and number ties with the account. You just need to move the sim card from your current phone to the new phone

@Cathy2007 I don't see why not. This phone is current, supports nano SIM and supports bands of 3G/4G LTE that PM uses. I think you should be good.
