I can tell you this much. I had the exact same plan you did. I have a ton of "Christmas Gifts" from Public Mobile over the years and I changed to the $15 unlimited plan with no data. I didn't lose a single thing. Granted I do have a 500 Canada Long Distance minutes that I paid $5 for when I had that plan, which is now no longer usable since it's unlimited. The simple fact is this. In the near future, you will have to change your plan anyways as 3G will eventually fade.
With that being said, the plan you want is pretty decent. I'm sure you've seen, for $3 more you can get the 6GB plan. I think you'd be making the right choice by picking the 3GB plan instead at $20 just in case there is a better offer in the future for $21. Once again, I assure you, you will not lose anything. You should take a screenshot if you'd like for your own peace of mind of all your addons to confirm later.
