I am a Public Mobile customer.
My wife is also customer. Today she lost her cellphone number. She can't log in (forget user id & pw)
I want to do:
- buy a new Public Mobile SIM Card number
- Use her old cellphone number
We still have the SIM card number, as we keep it. Please help.

get a public mobile sim card from Telus or Koodo store
the ask support to help to update the s card number
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(click Didn't receive code and Send email option to get pass the 2FA steps since you have no phone now(

She will have to create an online account here like you did and contact a CS Agent for help. They can cancel the other plan because the phone is lost. Don't worry, she can keep her number, they'll just get you to buy a new SIM card.
