It’s been 2 days now since I switched to PM and the issue of receiving and sending text is still not solved. It’s frustrating that I have to contact Customer Service through chat or email and it takes so much of my time just to wait for reply. I’m thinking to switch back to my old provider. Problem is, how do I confirm the switch if I cant receive a text?

I may port out as well, but mention to your other provider you cannot get texts. I signed up Saturday and still haven't heard back from anyone on this issue.

Same here, terrible service. I activated Saturday and haven't heard a peep from anyone. I submitted 2 service tickets and a direct message and nothing. I may port out already.

It looks like Public Mobile is struggling with new activations right now . Probably not what you want to hear but.
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .

Did you try restarting your phone, or try putting your sim card in a different phone? See if it works
