Today, I received a text saying I've used 95% of my data this month (my plan cycle started 2 days ago). I check on the public mobile app & website, it says I've only used 10% of my data (updated after I received the text msg).

Another issue is when I checked my data last month, it showed I used like 40%. Then later, next day, it showed I used like 30% which doesn't make any sense.

Several customers with the same complaint. It looks like many customers got the erroneous text on their plan renewal. Ignore, the text. PM is working on a fix.

for accurate info, log in to your account using the app, click Usage Breakdown. These types of glitches happen "occasionally".
