switched plan

I just replied YES from my phone, where the message offered $25 for 4gb. Where can I see that plan under my account  or where can I check ? Last time, I replied YES, it did not to the new plan.

Your current plan will run until renewal date..then new plan will take affect. Save any messages you rec'd...just in case you need for evidence of your acceptance.

You should see the new scheduled plan change in a few days in your self service account, under Plans and Add ons section.  In the past, unfortunately, the scheduled plan change is not shown.  If your plan does not change at your next scheduled payment date, you could contact customer service agent to do the change manually.  Keep a screenshot of the offer and your "yes' response.

did you opt to have the new plan right away or at next renewal date ? Log in to your account using the app, click on Usage Breakdown to see details of your most current plan.
