Retrieving old number

Hi, I recently lost my phone and had to get a new phone along with a new SIM. Since I was issued a new SIM, I had to choose a new phone number.

However, I would like to keep or recover my original phone number from my lost phone, which was also with Public Mobile. Unfortunately, I activated/subscribed a new plan. What do I do since I’ve done that?

Could someone please guide me on how I can go about getting my old phone number back?

all you had to do was download the app to your new cell, log in to your account to update your sim number and you'da been fine. 

Now you need customer support...
