Do both accounts have its own separate email address? With PM, each phone number/account needs its own email address.
If you have a credit card on file and know your PIN number, you can dial 611 on your phone and load up funds equivalent to your plan cost and that should reactivate your plan.

you must download the app to your cell, then you should be able to log in to your account. Alternatively, you can use laptop but clear cache files and use incognito mode, then log in to your account.
If you have a valid payment card on file, you can dial 611 to hear current plan status and also pay to Resume service, but you need to know your Public Mobile pin number.
