Hi. Anyone know why over a week moderator_team does not respond to privare messages?

@dariovitale  - if they have not responded within 48 hours, than they likely will not respond at all. Probably got unassigned and lost in the queue.

How did you contact the CS_Agent (moderator)? 
Through SIMon chat or private message?

They normally respond within a day. Try contacting them again with your concerns.

CSA's usually respondvwithin an hour during business hours. Send a new private message or click on the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen and follow the prompts to submit your ticket via Simple--Simon. Keep an eye on the envelope icon at the top right corner of your screen next to your avatar for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times.

Moderator team was renamed to CS_Agent last year, did you send the message via this link:

and did you check the Community inbox,  envelope icon on the top right?  They response there and not via email.  So, check the Community inbox and see if they have tried to reach you

 

They usually response within couple hours.  Since it has been over 1 week, send the message to the above link again.

 

 

What exactly is the issue?  Maybe if you don't mind to share , we can help.  Also, it is probably better to send through chatbot:

 

Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
