Responded YES to worse SMS special offer by mistake

I have 8gb data for 24$/month

Today I received an SMS message by public for 4GB 25$/month

My finger clicked the YES autosuggested by my phone by mistake.

I do not want to go from 8gb 24$/month to 4GB 25$/month.

Please help! Thank you.

You won't see the pending change until after 1 or 2 days.

After 2 days, click on the Payment tab and you will see it and the ability to cancel it.

I went to check mine and it took a long time to present itself. I had to switch back and forth between the various tabs under Overview; payments, rewards, payment. When I went back to the Subscribed and Add-ONS tabs, it was there.

Not very user friendly.

Subscription & Add-on page does not show the new plan as pending

I only see current plan 24$ 8GB

 

The SMS said:
"Public Mobile here. Don't miss out on this limited time offer on a 4G subscription plan. Reply YES to get a 4G 4GB plan for only $25/month. This offer will be added to your account and will take effect on your next renewal date."

"Yes" by mistake

"Thank you. Your new subscription plan will be added to your account and will take effect on your next renewal date".

@andrekh What did the text say? If it said to reply "Yes" to schedule a plan change during renewal, check your account as mentioned above. You might be able to cancel the pending plan change. If you don't see it in a day or so, you will have to contact CS_Agent to see if they can do anything about that.

hi @andrekh you can login My Account, go to Subscription & Add-on page and you should see that plan showing there as pending, which you can cancel it

if you don't see that, ask PM support agent to help to cancel it.  you can submit  ticket by direct message:
