This happens from time to time. I guess Telus (who own Koodo and PM) is trying to move people onto higher value (for them) postpaid plans.

This is being done partially so that the customer has more options, and partially so Telus can make more money off you. The switch is optional and you can also have Koodo stop sending these messages to you bu unsubscribing.
Lol.....koodo must know better than to send me an offer!!
