Log in with password and email and get prompted to enter a code that is text to a phone that no longer exist. I just want to freaking cancel the bill!

None of the options have been effective.
When you click resend the options it gives are send text or send voice msg.
Robot is broken and doesnt do what's needed. How can I speak with a human at the company I pay 2 phone Bill's to?

HI @Thisisbad on that screen giving you the code, click Resend code and the click Send email so you can receive the code via email
if no send email option, then just ask PM agent to help to disable autopay and remove the card
