Hi im trying to cancel my account as im now currently overseas, its asking to verify my phone number with OTP however im not receiving any overseas. Pls assist asap.

@Analie Worst case senerio if you know the renewal date you could simply pause your credit card night before the renewal so it won’t renew then unpause your credit card next day and the plan won’t renew and the account will become suspended and after 90 days in suspended state the account will automatically close out for good

hi @Analie
when you are at the OTP screen, click Didn't Receive code or Resend code, then choose Send email. After you logged in, go to Payment, click Manage Subscription and then turn on Subscribed from there to stop PM from auto renewing your plan.
if the Send email is not there, you will need to message PM support and ask them to remove the credit card on the account for you

Try click Didn't receive code and see if Send email is an option to get the code
if not, you will need to ask PM to remove the card for you
