Sometime late at night (I guess early morning) you can't access it at all, due to the updates etc and you just have to try later in morning, although they may have fixed that with new self serve, so it just may be an cache/browser thing as mentioned which is increasingly frustrating bc it seems to be riddled with them in many different areas

@Jahmanta - sometimes trying again later helps.
Try not to use the direct 'booked-mark/favorite' link to enter your email and password. You may use the link (or just go to the Community page)...then, I find what helps is using the 'Sign In' area, at the top right to then select My Account or My Rewards.
If using Chrome, btw, this doesn't even work for me; so using incognito mode with Chrome is the method that works for me.

use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
or safari on private mode,To Login Page or Login Page Rewards
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,
