Why do I have to login twice each time?

When I initially log in I am taken back to the log in screen and have enter my username/password again.  When I log in the 2nd time I an taken to the homepage. Is it because the server is busy or am I setup incorrectly somehow?

Sometime, I got the same screen with the username and password fields are blank if I forgot to visit the community forum first before login to my account.  This happening since the new portal was released.  You are not doing anything wrong.

The only time I login twice is once into my Account and second time into My Rewards.

Try clearing cache, cookies and go incognito on your browser and see if that helps.

Unusual. Try logging in using incognito mode.
