@l2xiong : How about before you go running off to the CSA's, you can give us responses to all the questions and try things. And screenshots of things are always helpful instead of asking a million questions.

Then if we just can't get you going then you could contact the CSA's. But there's a lot we can do before you need them.

This is more of a hands-on, self-serve kinda place after all.

Are you checking the data usage counter on the overview page on My Data & Add-ons section.

I have the $15 plan with 250MB data.

250 MB at 3G speed
196.742  /  250 MB

I used 196.475MB out of my 250MB.

Please note that the data usage line will not be shown after you used all your data for your current cycle.

What is your usage line is saying if shown?

If your overview page does not showing the data usage line, you had used all your data of your current cycle.

Check your Self Serve account to make sure you do have data remaining (this counter is the one that matters). If you do, then check your phone data usage limit settings, it may need reseting/adjusting.

@l2xiong   did you try reboot your phone?

did you try using data on different app?

are you on Android or iOS?

Android has a data limit setting and once limit is reached, it will stop data usage.  Maybe that is the reason?

iOS has a setting to restricted particular app from access data, maybe it was disable for some app accidentally?
