It was very easy for me to reset my password. All I had to do was enter my security question and then they sent me an email where I could create a new password. I hope this helps!

did you try to Self Reset password link (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/ ) ? Just enter your email address and answer the security question and it will send you the reset password email

@shfangzhe1_ I guess it's for security reasons if you tried to many times
it resets in 3 hours if you can’t get in then get in contact with a cs agent

type request password reset
2. alternatively you can private message them here
