I’m trying to get my money back because i paid to renew my plan and it took 50 off my card

More details would be helpful. How much was it suppose to take off your card? Were you double billed? Did you change plans? 

 

In general, since Public mobile is prepaid, there are no refunds.  Do you see the extra $50 in your available funds?  If you do see the extra funds, it may be easier to keep in your account for next payment cycle.  If PM does authorize a refund, it takes several weeks for refund to be processed and it would be easier to keep in your account for future payment..

 how much is your plan and how much you put in?  do you see the extra money in Available Fund?  Yiu can instead leave it for next renewal
