Tried to login My Account many time since yesterday, but always show Page Expired.
Anything wrong with the server? If so, is there any other way to add data package?

You can also dial *611 from your cell phone and add data that way

One other thing I've noticed from time to time (particularly on mobile log in's), is an error message after logging in, however there is an option to "Go to Accounts Page" provided immediately below the error which allows access.
Strange messaging, however not unsurprising with PM's challenges to get things right with system improvements.
Ya gotta give it to them for trying!!!

PM sometimes does work in the overnight week-end hours.
Try the following:
- clear your system cache and cookies
- open incognito tab
- try again
- if this fails, try accessing it using a completely different device using a different browser
