Why can’t I call my dad

When I call my dad it goes straight to voice mail.I’ve tried multiple times but if I call someone else it works. My dad calls his company and they said it is not from there lines.

@Dftfamily1 your dad does not use PM network? he can receive others calls and make calls?

did you just join PM with porting?

try to put your sim in another phone, this will force a sim re-provisioning and could resolve the issue if problems  on PM side

What type of phone is he using?  He may have something in his settings blocking certain numbers.

Maybe he is blocking accidentally your number. Particularly if your number was spoofed before.

Can he receive calls from everybody else?

ow about other people you call? Can call go through?

If your phone support VoLTE then switch to VoLTE or LTE at your phone settings. Try add 1 before the phone number.
