Wow I didnt know that everyone has a different plan options... I dont want to port out and come back. If im porting i might as well move out completely away from pm. Does pm have a prepaid plan ? I can opt out of plans and just go for prepaid.

@Maplengraveing

Public mobile is already a prepaid service.  You pay for the upcoming 30 day cycle before hand.

Public mobile management is aware of the unpopularity of this pricing policy for existing customers, but has not decided to change it.

Since there is no contact and prepaid, you can change to another company anytime. Or as mentioned, you can port out to another mobile and port back in again (extra costs in doing so).

While it has become increasingly difficult to downgrade to cheaper plans, it is possible as my experience has shown

Took two billing cycles but I went from a $39 to $27 plan

@Maplengraveing  Unfortunately changing to lower plans is not so simple and we can only change to the plans that are available to us in our accounts not everyone has the same options for plan changes either despite what we see on the website . So you just have to keep and eye out as good plans come and go all the time . That or port out and back in on Newley created account with desired plan with new sim and new email
