My subscription recently ended. My credit card had a good expiration date, and I paid well by automatic transfer every month, but I don't understand why this happened. I tried to pay my bills manually on the homepage, but I keep getting errors. I also have one more question about the subscription plan. I wonder if I could change my existing plan to $19/mo. plan

Not everyone can get the $19 plan, usually, if you have a plan over that, you cannot downgrade to $19
For payment, you already changed the credit card sicce9bit cannot pay? Payment system is funny. For now, buy a voucher from Shoppers or London Drugs and load the voucher to pay
