@PnoDiddy , did you use separate emails for each account? You could try using incognito mode on the browser to make sure that data caching is not the problem. As for the same credit card on multiple accounts, it should work as I have the same credit card on all my accounts.

You're likely overthinking this. One account has no relation to the other. Each is entirely separate. Since your wife's phone number isn't working, the issue is specifically with her account. The fact that you used to have a Public Mobile account or that you currently have a Public Mobile account yourself isn't relevant. Your wife's account needs to be logged into and the credit card information updated. It sounds as if the credit card was updated for your account but not hers.
