most of those others you admire, offer inexpensive plans to start with...but soon their prices escalate as well. If a Public Mobile customer has accumulated several Reward points, they'll sacrifice them if they transfer to new provider. As far as customer support goes...the Public Mobile Community forum is open and has active contributors for 24 hours per day to answer most of your issues. Only issues we can't address are account related problems but we can point you in the right direction for best / fast response. I agree to look around...but don't be fooled with cheapest intro offers that get expensive fast.

Much better options else where with more data and better live CSR service for the same price point then Public Mobile.  You were forced onto a price that in my option was wrong. Now at the price you have been pushed into there are many other options else where...  P.M. seems to be less competitive in their plans then other providers. A few $25 plans with upto 30gb 5g data and some less then that with less data. Look around and port out.

hi @Jane30

you should have got a text from PM back in Feb.   2 particular plans have a price hike and I guess you are one of them

PM might still be offering you a better plan with more data and at the same new price level, check your My Account and get it before it is gone

Sad by legal ----As of April 1, 2026, Public Mobile has implemented forced, mandatory increases of $2 to $4 monthly on many low-cost plans.
