Whole Post Erased.

I just had a whole post written up that took me over 10 mins, while I was sitting here doing the final edits I got a Community notification from someone replying to one of my other Threads.. I accidentally tapped it, and redirected me.. when I came back everything I just typed up and edited was gone and it's making we re-write the whole entire post!! 

This is so not cool and I'm quite annoyed with this feature, Public Mobile why would you send us notifications in the middle of typing a post.. especially in such a easy place to accidentally tap and make us lose everything we were doing. 

This happens when making posts or replying to them way way to often. An update needs to be done, how about when our keyboard is in use NO NOTIFICATIONS come through until we are FINISHED TYPING AND REPLYING!

This has happened so many times and it's so frustrating, I can't even count how many times I've had to redo everything because of these terribly timed and placed notifications.

Ohh, yes I'm using incognito mode and remember you mentioning this before but thought there was a way to disable this in the settings as suggested by @j_pm but apparently it doesn't work then @softech

are you using a browser with "Clear cache on exit" option enabled or using Incognito mode ?  If so, since the cache is cleared, it won't remember your option to the survey and hence will pop up all the time

Does "turn off realtime pop-up notifications" stop the survey from popping up everytime we login? 

I've just disabled it and thank you for sharing that information with the community if this stops the survey @J_PM.

Annoyingly, as I was about to hit reply on my post the survey popped up again despite me disabling the pop up notification.

@Priority  to prevent real-time popups from interrupting your post publishing, go to My Settings and under Notification Settings you can select 'Turn off Realtime' pop-up notifications. 

To echo Softech, you should have the option to 'Load' previous content typed in an instance where you leave the writing window for that post/board and return to complete - this option should be available to you to recover previous draft.

This time it was your response that came up, but its always something different everytime It used to always Auto save everything, now it never does.. click a notification which shouldn't be allowed to pop up(especially in the inconvenient place it does) and you lose everything for what? Viewing something I could have looked at after I finished typing my post.. like it's very annoying. 

It's not your fault, this is the terrible new interface of The Community since the new update, it never used to do stupid things like this.. but now, we just gotta do double the work all the time for this 'Modern Look', what was wrong with all the old things that actually worked.. all forgotten about?

I ended up retyping the entire thing and posting, I never found anywhere that it was saved..

@J_PM how can we have notifications removed when typing a reply or creating a new post, I hate restarting everytime for no reason because I accidentally tapped a notification I didn't know was going go randomly pop up while I'm editing my post..

For post, if you reply, they do have Auto Save, I do not think you have such when you are making new posts

But go to your profile page, there is a section called Drafts on the bottom Right, (the section is underneath Bravos from and Bravos Give to), maybe it is there?
