Hi,I lost my phone so ordered a new SIM card money has been deducted and it’s been 10 business days,where’s my sim?

it's been known to take 3 weeks for sim to arrive when ordered from PM.

If there's a Telus / Kodoo corp store in the mall near you...they might have PM sims available.

Probably in the mail.  It can take weeks.  Check a Telus or Koodo store near you if you need it asap.
