Where is the international Add-on choice? All I see are add-ons for the U.S.

There are no International add ons. There's only a 400 minute International talk plan with many countries included.

You could use wi-fi apps like Skype, TextNow, WhatsApp, and Fongo.

@LKM in order to to get international service in countries other than the USA you would require a local SIM.

Public Mobile service works only in Canada and USA (with the appropriate roaming add-on).

There is no option for international roaming.

You might be referring to the calling add-on for international calls.
