Your Plan Information is in Self-Serve, under the Plan & Add-On's tab to the left.   You should see a header titled "Current Plan" when doing that.

Your Account Number is under the tab titled Profile, under the heading "My Account Info".  Hold your cursor or tap the eye with strikethrough to reveal the number.
