Two days ago I used reward points to purchase the "1000 U.K. Long Distance Minutes" add-on. I was told it could take up to 24 hours to process the purchase but I should see it in my account.
Two days later and I don't see anything in my account. Did it happen and they didn't tell me? Did it not happen? (In which case where have my reward points gone)? Does anyone care ?

It should be added there already.
Login My Account or the PM app. You will see a visual Usage Meter in the front page. Click Usage Breakdown below it and you will see the add-on showing there and how much used and left
