Public does not offer Visual Voicemail, however you can use Live Voicemail, which is very similar, but runs on your phone instead of on the providers network. It requires your phone to be on and connected to function however.
I am not sure what Live Voicemail is! Visual voicemail is when you can see all the voicemails on your phone. It translates the message into text so you can read it. You don't need to listen to each vmail to find the one you listen too. I can't believe PM does not have visual vmail. It's pretty standard but usually an add-on.
