hi @Debra1970 check your network mode, see what is it set to. If it set to Automatic, Try both 4G or LTE and 5G see if it connects the proper mode

Your phone has to be 5g. My S20 is 5g capable just doesn't show on Public Mobile even though I subscribe to a 5g plan.

There are a few factures to get 5G.
- Is your phone 5G compatible?
- Is there 5G infrastructure in your area?

- Did you manually change your phone to connect to 5G if your phone is 5G compatible?

All Public Mobile plans allow access to the same networks. Which phone model do you have? It's possible that there might not be a good 5G network signal area in your current location or that your device might not be compatible with Public Mobile's 5G network.
