what make / model is your cellphone ...just to check if it'll accept a Public Mobile esim. You might just need to use a hard sim instead.

@KB2008 Sorry no live support for public mobile , customer service is all online messaging. But first check phone settings and ensure eSIM is set to primary or if iPhone you toggle on “turn on this line “ and reboot the phone maybe even a network reset . Also be sure to remove old carriers sim first to before you do so . If still no luck you can message support
